what this site does today
this is a pre-launch waitlist site. when you submit your email, we store it and use it once: to notify you when a working build of the product is available. we do not sell email addresses. we do not run drip-marketing campaigns. if you want off the list, reply to any message we send and we'll remove you the same day.
analytics
we use server-side request logs (page URL, response code, timestamp, IP, user agent) and may add privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog or similar) for understanding which pages are useful. we do not use third-party advertising trackers. we do not run pixel-based retargeting.
cookies
this site does not use tracking cookies. we may set a session cookie if needed for form submission; that cookie is first-party, expires when you close the browser, and contains no identifying information beyond a session ID.
when the product launches
the product privacy policy will live at this URL when the product is live. headline structure: cloud mode uploads the audio you choose to transcribe; on-device (private) mode does not. we'll publish exactly what's stored, for how long, and under what jurisdiction, before launch.
